Scheduling an Appointment - Schedule of fees
 

Hamilton Psychology is based in Hamilton CBD. Location details will be provided when an appointment is confirmed.

 

Hamilton Psychology uses PowerDiary as its Practice Management Software Program. The Program includes a Client Portal, where people can manage appointments, receive and send correspondence through a secure network, and track invoices and receipts. More information on PowerDiary can be found at:

Psychology - fees for 2024

$210 initial consultation  

Subsequent sessions $190 per hour (50-minute session plus 10 minutes administration time for clinician/s to complete clinical notes).

 

Medicare rebates are available for psychology, up to $93 for people who have an active mental health care plan (MHCP) via their GP. People can access up to 10 sessions within a calendar year as part of a MHCP and this includes using telehealth provisions.

Parent only sessions are also available and often form a valuable part of a child's growth journey. 

 

Please note that there are limited spaces available for NDIS participants currently, due to overwhelming demand. Contact Zoe to explore time limited involvement, including parent only sessions.
